Warranty Supervisor Position Overview: The Warranty Supervisor is responsible for managing and overseeing the warranty program for a residential construction team, ensuring quality assurance and satisfaction for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and oversee any warranty issues with residential construction
- Ensure compliance with all relevant warranty policies
- Coordinate and manage scheduling and distribution of warranty work
- Monitor and supervise warranty-related work
- Create and/or review warranties for issued projects
- Ensure customer satisfaction with the service provided
- 3 years of experience in residential construction
- Knowledge of Builder Trend software preferred
- Strong understanding of warranty policies and procedures
- Excellent organizational and supervisory skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to remain organized and work in a fast-paced environment
- Salary: $60k - $85k
