Job Title: Wellness Sales and Marketing Manager
Location: Aventura, FL
Salary: $90-$100k base salary commissions
Fast growing medical device startup with the world's first non-invasive and continuous wearable technology that tracks human brain temperature through the Brain Thermal Tunnel. Our CSO discovered this tunnel which provides the first known method for thermal communication directly with the center of the brain. We are harnessing the unrivaled power of artificial intelligence and brain thermodynamics to develop services that will help manage, monitor and TREAT numerous health conditions such as Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, MS, Cancer, Influenza, Stroke Risk, Drug Efficacy, Sleep, Obesity, and so many more.
I addition to our ground-breaking research and development within the Medical Device Industry, we also offer a full service Health and Wellness Program. Our Wellness Program includes a variety of services such as Baseline Analysis, Analysis Report & Coaching, and a customized Action Plan using some of the most ground breaking and innovative technology on the market today for brain health. We are looking to expand our Health and Wellness team with an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager.
Position OverviewThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales and marketing, specifically in the healthcare and medical device industry. This role will be responsible for promoting and selling our wellness products and services to B2B clients, such as clinics and wellness facilities. This is a commission-based position with the opportunity for growth and development within the company. Local travel to meet clients is required and will be around 10-15%. Some overnight travel may be required.
Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in B2B sales and marketing within the healthcare or medical device industry
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding B2B sales targets
• Knowledge of wellness and healthcare industry trends
• Ability to develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns
• Proficient in digital marketing techniques and social media platforms
• Familiarity with B2B sales strategies and lead generation techniques
• Experience with Spa and Wellness facilities is a plus
• Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat and SharePoint is preferred
• Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese is preferred
• Must have reliable transportation for this role
