Cybermedia Technologies (CTEC) www.ctec-corp.com has provided technology and management solutions to commercial and government clients across the USA for over 25 years. We are currently looking for Marketing/Proposal Coordinator to join our team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

CTEC is seeking a Marketing/Proposal Coordinator, to support all aspects of marketing our company to the Federal Government and industry. This includes graphic creation, social media management, website updates, and RFI/RFP/RFQ proposal response development, including but not limited to: content/layout planning, proposal schedule management, gather data call information, kick-off meetings, writing assignments, action/issue tracking, proposal structure, compliance reviews, review team coordination, and production oversight.

· Creates and modifies graphics for marketing materials, presentations, the company website, and trade show tables/booths.

· Creates and modifies graphics to save narrative space and make proposals easier to read and more visually appealing.

· Updates and manages the company’s social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and the company website.

· Registers our team, coordinates, and attends industry events in the DC metropolitan area and occasionally travels to other US cities for conference attendance.

· Represents the company in a professional manner, gathers leads for opportunities, and ensures the opportunities reach the correct CTEC Business Development/Capture personnel.

· Creates the RFI response outlines and learns to create proposal outlines based on task order requirements.

· Supports the business development, capture management and program management teams with research on contract opportunities.

· Learns and applies CTEC’s Shipley Proposal Development Process to support the creation of compliant, high scoring proposals. Effectively tailors the process to accommodate quick-turn responses.

· Facilitates weekly/daily stand-up calls and data calls (initiation and follow up) when teaming with other partner companies is involved.

· Interviews subject matter experts to understand and identify strengths that can be highlighted in call-out boxes, etc.

· Works collaboratively with capture management, program management, and subject matter experts to review responses (including content and graphics) iteratively to drive the development of high-quality proposals ensuring responsiveness to requirements, compliance, thoroughness, accuracy, consistency, quality and effective design and layout.

· Provides opportunity tracking and support under various BPA/GWAC/MAC/IDIQ contracts. Track and update RFI response and proposal tracking sheet daily.

· Assists in the development and refinement of repeatable templates, and standardized processes to streamline presentations, RFI and proposal development.

· Learns to build an accurate compliance matrix for proposals and be responsible for a compliant proposal product in response to requirements.

· In concert with the business development team, support TA/NDA creation and execution with partner companies for upcoming RFPs/RFQs.

· Responsible for confirming customer receipt of the RFI responses and proposals in advance of submission deadlines.

Work Experience:

· Will consider college graduate, but 2 years of marketing OR proposal coordination experience is a plus.

Education:

· Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.

Communication/Software Skills:

· Strong communication skills.

· Strong skills in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Graphics tools such as Adobe Illustrator, and website updates.

Travel:

· Ability to work on-site in the DC metropolitan area (i.e., Reston or Tysons Corner, VA most often) two days per week is a plus.
