Job Description:As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in addressing identified issues within the client’s data management system. The role includes developing solutions, creating overall plans, and building necessary reports, focusing on improving data management practices, tracking Measurable Skills Gains (MSG), and Credential Attainment. Additionally, the Business Analyst will work on integrating the Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) system with the existing Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) system. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the team to assess current data management and reporting.
Develop and implement a plan to address identified issues and enhance data management practices.
Propose and implement solutions to streamline processes and improve data accuracy.
Create standard and ad hoc reports based on client’s needs, focusing on tracking MSG and Credential Attainment.
Design and generate report templates as required.
Investigate and resolve flaws in the existing client’s tracker system.
Analyze the separation between the Pre-ETS system and the existing VR system.
Propose and implement strategies to integrate the two systems effectively.
Address and streamline financial system issues arising from the transition to Pre-ETS 2.0.
Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:
Assess and analyze existing business processes (As-Is), determine future state (To-Be), and conduct gap analysis.
Document business process requirements, create process diagrams, and ensure documentation is up to date.
Facilitate Joint Application Development (JAD) or Detail Design Sessions (DDS).
Serve as a liaison between business partner agencies and IT staff, including Project Managers and development teams.
Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives.
Coordinate and plan overall testing efforts, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Use specialized software to create and manage system application documentation, track changes, and create test plans.
Ensure compliance with all applicable Commonwealth IT policies and security standards.
Analyze legislation or other business documentation to determine necessary IT or business process changes.
Execute systematic problem-solving activities and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
Define problems, evaluate outcomes, and recommend solutions as a business partner ‘Business Owner.’
Exhibit effective communication skills, adapting the level of detail based on the audience.
Develop relationships with cross-functional teams and coordinate internal sessions to review system functionality and potential enhancements.
The hourly range for roles of this nature are $45.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry. cyberThink is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
