Cyberthink is Hiring a Remote Enterprise BI Development Lead (IICS Migration) - Remote
Job Description: As an Enterprise BI Development Lead (IICS Migration), you will play a crucial role in migrating existing ETL workflows from Informatica PowerCenter to Informatica’s Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS). This project is essential as PowerCenter is approaching its end-of-life, and a cloud-based solution is needed. You will lead the IICS Migration Team, ensuring the successful transition of ETL workflows, coordinating resources, and delivering the project on time and within budget. Your role will also involve close collaboration with EBI and business stakeholders to ensure a seamless migration process. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the conversion of workflow management implementation to access and trigger the new IICS-based Informatica Workflows.
Monitor the stability of production applications managed by the IICS Migration Team.
Prepare estimates for maintaining and enhancing existing applications and developing new ones.
Perform detailed reviews of interim and final tasks to ensure quality.
Manage the IICS Migration Team’s workload, balancing activities according to the project schedule.
Analyze EBI data and transformations, performing data validation and integration testing.
Recommend and implement performance improvements for ETLs and optimize scheduling efficiencies.
Ensure the safeguarding and protection of data in compliance with established EBI Data Governance, state, federal, and industry regulations.
Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:
Proven experience in managing a team through a similar IDMC Migration project, with participation in at least 3 IDMC and/or Informatica MDM SaaS projects (not EDC on-prem).
Proficiency with Informatica PowerCenter, EDC (Metadata Management), IDQ (Data Quality), IICS, IDMC, and HL7 Library on Linux.
Proficient with CA Workload Automation DE and workflow automation concepts.
Experience in monitoring and supporting Informatica workflows, including troubleshooting operational and performance issues on production systems.
Familiarity with safeguarding data in compliance with established regulations and standards.
Experience working under DoIT management, applying coding standards, Release Management procedures, source code control (GitHub), and best practices.
Ability to effectively communicate with SMEs regarding failures, outages, and delays in downstream processing.
The hourly range for roles of this nature are $70.00 to $90.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry. cyberThink is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
