- Years Required/Preferred Experience
- 7 Required Working with product owners and subject matter experts to gather functional requirements and preparing user stories for sprint teams specific to software development projects.
- 7 Required Leading sprint planning and grooming sessions.
- 7 Required Collaborating with product owners and IT development teams to elicit, analyze, and elaborate on epics/features; decomposing features into user stories defining both functional and non-functional requirements.
- 7 Required Analyzing and designing the process and data flows from upstream to downstream systems to meet the solution requirements.
- 7 Required Working in an Agile methodology project team environment.
- 7 Required Reviewing, evaluating and testing software and documenting findings to technical and non-technical staff.
- 7 Required Hands on analysis and experience with Java, REST APIs or similar web service experience and documenting their requirements
- 7 Required Writing and analyzing simple ad hoc queries.
- 7 Required Communicating effectively, verbally and in writing, with all levels of staff.
- 5 Preferred Having experience with technologies such as Oracle procedures and functions, Oracle forms and reports, and/or microservices is preferred.
- 5 Preferred Working with project and collaboration tools for project tracking, such as JIRA or similar
