Title: Cisco Telecom PCCE (Packaged Contact Centre Enterprise) /UCCE/UCCX Tier IV/SME Engineer

Duration: Indefinite (12 months)

Location: Remote

Job Duties / Responsibilities:

• Must be a proven Tier IV SME in PCCE, UCCE, and UCCX with solid leadership and good collaboration and communications skills
• Develop and write necessary Cisco CVP IVR applications in accordance with client requirements.
• Develop and write necessary code to integrate Cisco UCCE with other APIs, CTI screen pop, Finesse gadgets, and IVR database dips.
• Design, implement, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco Unified Communications Systems, including Call Manager / Unified Communications Manager and Contact Centre Enterprise.
• Responsible for the implementation (build) of various voice patterns including Cisco and Contract Centre applications and peripherals.
