Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• Maintaining a high level of product, brand and industry knowledge
• Continuously shaping the Reigning Champ customer experience by providing the highest service standards
• Creating meaningful, engaging and efficient interactions with our customers
• Being aware of daily and weekly sales goals and staying up to date with store and brand news by way of management team
• Ensuring daily tasking is completed while putting the customer experience first
• Providing a sense of urgency and responsibility in any task carried out, from helping a customer to organizing inventory
• Acting with respect and pride towards the store, maintaining aesthetic standards and ensuring the space is kept in top condition

About You:

• Lives the culture of the Reigning Champ brand and carries an intimate knowledge of our products and history
• 2 - 3 years of customer service experience in apparel retail
• Positive and collaborative
• Hardworking and a team player
• Acts with integrity and professionalism
• Excellent communications skills.

Assets:

• Post-secondary education
• Second language
