Cyclyx International, LLC, is leading the development of a comprehensive set of innovations focused on addressing the world's plastic waste problem with the ultimate goal of increasing the recyclability of waste plastics from 10% to 90%. Cyclyx has developed the ability to assess waste plastics by their chemical properties vs object identification and then using its algorithms to make custom blended feedstock for various mechanical and chemical recyclers specifications providing new recycling options that have not traditionally existed.

To scale the technology, Cyclyx has also developed a unique plastic processing facility called the Cyclyx Circularity Center (CCC) to process the waste plastics with new methodologies and has also developed a series of landfill deferral programs to divert waste plastics away from the landfill. Cyclyx International, LLC, is a joint venture formed in January 2021 whose current members include Agilyx ASA, ExxonMobil and LyondellBasell.

Role Overview

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 System Administrator primary responsibility will be supporting the application configuration, upgrade, security administration, change management, monitoring, auditing and integrations for Cyclyx's Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Management environments.

In addition to the above duties, the administrator works with business users and IT teams to design, test and implement technical solutions to support needed integrations, reporting, forms, and customizations as defined functional requirements.

Requirements:

(Duties listed below are not intended to be all inclusive nor to limit duties that might reasonably be assigned.)

• Manage all levels of system administration support for all Dynamics 365 environments.
• Manage release and change management processes for Dynamics 365
• Deploy and manage development environments and perform periodic non-production database refreshes
• Monitor application performance, system integrations and communicate maintenance or performance issues notifications
• Assist to maintain and test system configurations and workflows
• Maintain employee software licenses as well as identity and access management, employing both role and attribute security control
• Provide as needed support for troubleshooting and remediation of Dynamics technical issues escalating problems to Microsoft when appropriate.
• Conduct systems and user audits supporting compliance and data governance
• Provide end-user training when necessary
• Assist with development and reporting efforts in Dynamics 365
• Work with functional and technical teams to understand and gather requirements to design and develop modifications and extensions to Microsoft Dynamics.
• Use of Microsoft Dynamics development and reporting tools to design, develop and test customizations, integrations, and reports.
• Create requested documentation supporting system design, development, and testing and training.
• Perform maintenance and development work in a manner that is consistent with company standards and procedures
• Other related tasks to ensuring on-going secure and stable systems

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 administration, configuration, customization, maintenance, and security.
• Proven technical experience with Dynamics application architecture, designing & building custom workflows, and Power Platform
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field
• 3 years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management experience.
• Preferred Microsoft Azure, Dynamics, or Power Platform Certified
• Preferred experience with systems integrations using API's and the MQTT protocol

Position Mechanics

Reports To: Senior Manager, Enterprise Applications

Type: Salaried; full time

Regular Office Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm

Staff: No direct reports

Location: Remote from the anywhere in the US

Work Environment: Professional office and remote office

Travel: The work will mostly be performed locally, though occasional travel should be expected

Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship for employment visa status.
