Job Description: DoD Acquisition Program Analyst- Tactical Ground Mobility SME to support NAVSEA PMS Naval Special Warfare (NSW) (PMS340).
Responsibilities include:

• Directly responsible to PMS340 Program Manager (PM) for Maritime Special Programs (MSP). Incumbent will serve as immediate advisor on sensitive MSP tactical ground mobility program issues and initiatives that require in depth knowledge and dedicated effort to communicate to key stakeholders and affect Assistant Program Managers (APMs) the need and the means of achieving Navy Special Warfare (NSW) mission objectives.
• Work directly with the Maritime Special Programs (MSP) Virginia Beach Field Office (VBFO) government supervisor at NAS Oceana Dam Neck Annex and the Cydecor NXP Contract PM to achieve NSW Tactical Ground Mobility strategic objectives.
• Advise PMS340/NSW leadership and enterprise staff on new tactical ground mobility technologies, methods, and approaches and make recommendations for material solutions (based on cost/schedule/performance parameters).
• Prepare, review, and analyze Single Acquisition Management Plans (SAMPs), Program Management Plans (PMPs), and Statements of Work (SOW), in support of MSP and NSW government client.

Here's what you need:

• Prior Navy service with assignments supporting the NSW and DEVGRU enterprise.
• Knowledge/experience with employment of Tactical Ground Mobility Platforms.
• A bility to obtain TS/SCI clearance

Security Clearance:

• Active Secret clearance.
• Must have the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.
