Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the legacy contract migration process in support of a new Contracts Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool
- Train AI to select key language from contracts
- Review and validate AI output
- Prepare batch uploads of key components from contracts
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of contracts
- Attention to detail is a must
- Advanced computer skills, specifically in Excel
- Computer science background is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
