We are seeking an RN Med-Surg to join our team! You will be responsible for managing the care of patients experiencing general medical conditions or general surgical procedures, which require general assessments related to specific conditions, and general therapies and interventions.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients based on their immediate needs, following facility guidelines.
• Develop personalized care plans in collaboration with healthcare team.
• Administer treatments as prescribed by doctors promptly and accurately.
• Carry out nursing interventions according to patient's care plan.
• Educate patients and families based on their needs.
• Document patient assessments, responses to treatments, and progress.
• Initiate emergency procedures as per protocols.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding patients, families, and staff.
• Provide care without judgment, respecting patient and family diversity.
• Report patient status to appropriate personnel during shifts.
• Stay updated with skills in adult medical-surgical nursing.
