License: Registered Nurse (Single State) or RN - Multi-state Compact
Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), AWHONN

Job Description

• Perform comprehensive nursing processes including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation using evidence-based practice and critical thinking to deliver individualized care.
• Provide patient-centered care respecting cultural diversity and specific population characteristics such as age, gender, and disease.
• Collaborate effectively with patients and significant others, ensuring patient goals are a central focus.
• Participate in interdisciplinary communication and foster a respectful, inclusive clinical environment.
• Demonstrate teamwork, fiscal responsibility, and support healthcare team recruitment and retention.
• Engage in performance improvement initiatives and shared governance at all system levels.
• Mentor and precept professional nurses, staff, and students to maintain current and future qualified workforce.
• Promote evidence-based practice, nursing research, and performance improvement for quality care.
