Job Description :

Pay Range $21hr - $22hr

• Entry-level support for individual contributors.
• Work is closely supervised.
• Work consists of tasks that are routine.
• Explains facts and practices related to the job area.

Nature of Supervision :

• Works with close supervision on routine tasks.
• Detailed instructions are provided and close peer review is required.

Communication And Influence :

Communicates with contacts typically within the team on matters that involve obtaining or providing information requiring explanation or interpretation to understand and reach agreement.

Innovation And Complexity :

• Work consists of tasks that are routine. Work is structured within identified boundaries and procedures.
• Follows established processes to complete tasks. Escalates issues to supervisor for resolution.

Organization Impact :

• Works to achieve operational targets within the job area which has minimal impact on the overall achievement of results for the team.
• Work is of limited scope, typically on smaller, routine task-related activities.

Education And Experience :

• Requires minimal job knowledge / skills.
• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent with 0 to 3 years of prior related experience.

Must Haves :

• Due to the nature of the job the candidate should be able to lift 5-32 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions / Schematics.
• Basic work experience in assembly with smaller parts.
• Experience with PCB and a plus Computer system.
• Good communication skills.
• Problem Solving.
• Teamwork.
• Strang Attention to detail a must.

Nice to Haves :

• Building models, Legos, making jewelry.
• Crafting type experience or small assembly.
• Soldering skills is a plus.
