We are looking for Assistant Chemist for our client in Columbus, OH
Job Title: Assistant Chemist
Job Location: Columbus, OH
Job Type: Contract
Job Description:
Pay Range $15hr - $20hr
Responsibilities:
- The primary functions of this position are the performance of packaging material testing.
- This also includes testing for release of product to manufacturing for filling and finishing.
- Work within the HPLC area of the lab.
- Testing/running of production samples; new and.
- Data analyst/Data entry.
- Will work in systems like Sample Manager, LIMS and Empower.
Skills:
- HPLC (not a requirement but a plus).
- Analytical and Wet Chemistry.
- Basic computer skills.
- Good communication.
- Well organized.
- Detail oriented.
Education:
- Will consider someone in school/Associates degree/Bachelor’s degree in a Chemistry or Science field.
- Will also consider someone with no degree but has the required skills/experience.
