Pay Range $37hr - $42hr
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement internal and corporate communications strategies.
- Create engaging content for various platforms, ensuring messages are clear, consistent, and aligned with business goals.
- Manage internal communications channels, including SharePoint and other Microsoft 365 platforms.
- Plan and execute internal and corporate events, ensuring seamless delivery and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support communication needs and initiatives.
- Maintain discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive topics.
- Travel to other office locations as needed to support communications efforts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in internal and corporate communications within a large corporate setting, preferably in the medtech sector or a global organization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using SharePoint and other Microsoft 365 platforms.
- Experience in internal and corporate event planning is highly desirable.
- A reliable and collaborative team player with a flexible approach to work.
- Flexibility to travel as required to support communication needs.
