Cynet Systems is Hiring a Communications Specialist Near Palo Alto, CA

Job Description:

Pay Range $37hr - $42hr

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement internal and corporate communications strategies.
  • Create engaging content for various platforms, ensuring messages are clear, consistent, and aligned with business goals.
  • Manage internal communications channels, including SharePoint and other Microsoft 365 platforms.
  • Plan and execute internal and corporate events, ensuring seamless delivery and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support communication needs and initiatives.
  • Maintain discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive topics.
  • Travel to other office locations as needed to support communications efforts.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in internal and corporate communications within a large corporate setting, preferably in the medtech sector or a global organization.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using SharePoint and other Microsoft 365 platforms.
  • Experience in internal and corporate event planning is highly desirable.
  • A reliable and collaborative team player with a flexible approach to work.
Requirements:
  • Flexibility to travel as required to support communication needs.
