- Using excel skills, perform checks on employment data and bonus calculations.
- Perform audits.
- The report reports on employment data and validates data fields.
- Analyze data to make and present key findings, areas of concern, or patterns.
- Performing analysis and making recommendations for special projects relating to salary/wage management, FLSA, job analysis, and other compensation related matters.
- Proficiency in using HRIS systems, and Microsoft Office suite with a strong emphasis on Excel.
- Project Management skills.
- 3 years in a data analyst or related role(s).
- Successfactors/SAP experience preferred.
