Cynet Systems is Hiring a Data Entry and Word Processing Near Rochester, NY

Job Description:

Pay Range: $18hr - $20hr

Duties include typing letters and other documents, data entry into our case management system, filing, scanning, copying, verifying appointments, collating new cases, assisting with case opening and closures, backup mail handling, and other administrative tasks as needed.
The position will also provide backup for the reception area for lunch/breaks/vacations: answering telephones, greeting visitors, notifying staff of arrivals, answering basic questions about our services, mailing/emailing applications and other documents as requested, other special projects for management staff as needed.
