Job Description:
Pay Range $53hr - $58hr

- Design solutions to enable Client products to run in the public clouds.
- This role will engineer cloud solutions in Azure, AWS, and Google that leverage the following services.
- Network boundaries.
- Routing (User Defined Routing, System Defined Routing, Advanced BGP).
- Network Access control.
- VPN.
- Load balancing (Network load balancing, application load balancing).
- DNS (cloud and public).
- Cloud specific firewall appliances (AWS, Azure, Google).
- Third party appliance deployment (ie., Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA).
- API administration.
- Scripting (Terraform, Python, etc).
- Containers.
- Kubernetes in the cloud.
- Serverless functions.
- Virtual Machines (engineering, access management, vMotion,).
- IP based access lists.
- Identity management (user access, RBAC, Application identity mgmt and control).
- Native cloud metrics gathering.
- Log collection.
- Performance evaluation.
- Alerting and Incident response.
- Adding a disk to virtual machines.
- General vSAN knowledge.
- Storage vMotion.
- Migrating to the cloud.
- Migrating among clouds.
- Refactoring applications.
- Continuous development.
- Resource management (cost control, quotas, forecasting).
