- Assigning out FOIL requests to specified units.
- Maintaining databases and case tracking systems.
- Compiling and organizing files and records; preparing and assisting in the preparation of legal documents.
- Conducting research.
- Preparing subpoenas and correspondence.
- Prepare correspondence and all relevant materials for legal matters.
- Organize case files and maintain tracking of requests.
- Conduct research, analyze materials, and present both verbal and written comments on findings.
- Prepare and maintain files and calendars, record and monitor the status of dockets, deadlines, and determinations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Deputy and Associate Counsels.
