Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis and Interpretation: Research, analyze, consolidate, and interpret data using statistical and data analytics methods to create business-relevant insights on topics such as market environment, operational processes, and equipment performance.
- Data Acquisition and Management: Acquire data from primary or secondary sources and maintain databases/data systems.
- Operate and optimize pre-defined tools, applications, and data management systems.
- Conversion Analysis: Analyze and evaluate data for conversion purposes.
- System Proficiency: Demonstrate experience with ADP, Oracle Fusion, and Workday systems.
- Exhibit intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel, for data manipulation, formula construction, and other analytical tasks.
- Payroll Processing: Leverage at least three years of payroll processing or analytics experience.
- Reporting and Communication: Create reports and communicate results to various internal and external stakeholders, including management and customers.
- Professional Know-How: Apply professional technological, economic, or scientific knowledge, methods, tools, and principles to diverse and variable situations.
- Problem Solving: Address non-routine tasks, contribute to projects or assignments, and support the development of guidelines, methods, tools, or business processes.
- Target-Oriented Contribution: Deliver business processes or detailed technology solutions in a self-managed and goal-oriented manner, contributing to team results.
- Advisory Role: Provide functional advice and integrate services for operational staff or semi-professional colleagues.
- Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of a technical field or business method with a basic theoretical background.
- Experience with timecard systems and knowledge of wage and tax laws are a plus.
- System Experience: Experience with ADP, Oracle Fusion, and Workday systems.
- Advanced Excel Skills: Proficiency in manipulating lines, moving data, and constructing formulas in Excel.
- Business Understanding: Develops a basic business understanding and contributes to team efforts with an awareness of expected value-add.
- Process Improvement: May improve processes, business methods, or technical components.
