Responsibilities:
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles. Detailed oriented. Good analytical skills. Ability to organize work and prioritize.

- Knowledge of EDI invoice processing is a plus.
- SAP and transaction codes experience a must.
- Knowledge of transaction code CJ20N required ((Create projects).
- Execute steps required for service contract arrangement following corporate processes (requests for new customers creation, invoice payment, new vendor screening, service contract review etc.)
- Create, plan, and maintain jobs/projects in SAP.
- Responsible for raising and tracking customer invoices along with follow up to ensure payments are met by due dates.
- Candidate must be proactive, enthusiastic and works well independently and with a team.
- Excels under pressure, maintaining a calm and respectful demeanor.

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
