Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the consistent execution of the team against sprints and planning iteration goals aligned with program annual goals.
Responsible for ensuring Scrum theory and practices are understood and enacted (even help those outside the Delivery Team understand so the value can be maximized).
Facilitates Scrum ceremonies and enforces time boxes.
Embrace and role model Agile Principles.
Teach, mentor, guide, and coach the Delivery Team (and organization) on Agile/Scrum/Kanban/Lean principles and practices.
Coach the Delivery Team in self-organization and cross-functionality.
Help remove organizational and team impediments to agility and progress.
Assist Delivery Team and Product Owner with relentless and continuous improvement in processes and product delivery.
Embrace and role model leadership.
Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on growth and problem-solving.
Empowers the Delivery Team and facilitates getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work.
Facilitates discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
Assists with internal and external communication, improving transparency and radiating (making visible) information.
Work with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum and agility in the organization.
Support and educate the Product Owner and Delivery Team, especially with respect to refining (grooming) and managing the backlog.
Serve and enable the Product Owner and Delivery Team in their quest to delight our business partners.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Project Management, or any other related field.
3 years of experience in managing software development, working through software product design, development, testing, and release cycle.
3 years of experience in project/program management (including risk management, communication, resource balancing and estimation of work).
Highly knowledgeable in Agile/SAFe methodologies, and skilled in using JIRA Align agile tools.
Certified Scrum Master.
Experience with SAP and Windchill applications.
8 years of experience in the Information Technology (IT) industry.
5 years of Scrum master, product owner or equivalent agile/scrum leadership experience.
Domain knowledge in capital forecasting and procurement.
