As the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing production from initial concepts to final permitted drawings on multiple projects.
Responsibilities
- Makes major design recommendations and design decisions with little input from senior staff.
- Plans design work by discipline for all project sizes and assigns duties to staff working on projects.
- Manage and oversee civil engineering projects related to private land development.
- Actively participates in quality control of projects.

- Prepare designs, plans, and specifications for civil engineering projects.
- Review and approve engineering plans, drawings, and documents.
- Provide technical guidance and support to other engineers and technical staff.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost estimates for proposed projects
- Work closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.
- Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technical staff.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in civil engineering
- 10 years of experience in private land development.
- Expertise in Bluebeam and AutoCAD Civil 3D are required
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary up to $160,000 bonus 100% benefits paid for employee and family!
