Cynet Systems is Hiring a Test Technician Near Plymouth, MI

Job Description: Responsibilities:
  • Operates production equipment; responsible for manufacturing and assembly of clinical and commercial products.
  • Follows blueprints, guidelines, and/or diagrams to ensure product specifications and tolerance levels are met.
  • Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the manufacturing field.
  • Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
  • Direct and coordinate customer requests for service of equipment.
  • Confer with supervisors and engineering personnel to resolve design and/or operational problems.
  • Assess and resolve customer complaints.
  • Assist with the commissioning activities where needed.
  • Assist with on-floor testing of equipment where needed.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of service related documents.
  • Create new documents as needed or requested.
  • Keep management informed of current issues relating to customer satisfaction.
  • Promote the service department to all customers while representing the company in a professional, productive and helpful manner.
  • Analyze equipment problems and prepare technical reports for use by engineering and management.
  • Complete other responsibilities as assigned.
  • Complete any Quality System records/activities required.
  • Works under immediate supervision.
  • Typically reports to a supervisor.
Requirements:
  • High school or equivalent (Required).
  • A Bachelor or associate degree in an applicable discipline preferred and/or equivalent experience.
  • Relevant experience: 2 years (Preferred).
  • Skills Required: Mechanical & Computer Aptitude.
  • Desired Skills: Test lab experience (equipment, methods, and instruments).
  • Data Acquisition Systems experience (IMC DataWorks or LabView preferred). Programmable controller experience.
