Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Cash, position and dividend reconciliation and investigation.
• Corporate action analysis and booking.
• Entire trade life cycle, managing post and prior value queries and liaising with portfolio managers.
• Daily Flash PnL and NAV reporting.
• Working with Prime brokers to resolve queries.
• On boarding new markets, brokers, vendors.
• Taking key role in project delivery by getting into the detail and delivering pieces of work to contribute to those projects.
• Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally to ensure efficient processes and project delivery.

What you bring:

• 3 - 7 years experience.
• Experience working across buy side middle and back-office operations (preferably at a systematic equity hedge fund) with a focus on upgrading existing capabilities and delivering new functionality.
• Experience contributing to large scale cross functional operational projects, such as OMS / PMS upgrades, affirmation platform implementation (CTM / Traiana), and reconciliation platform onboarding.
• Good understanding of equity, TRS, and futures workflows.
• Good at problem solving and critical analysis.
• Able to communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders including trading teams, technologists and Operations professionals.
• Excellent levels of attention to detail and an ability to scrutinize process.
