Craftsmanship and Expertise Wanted

We are currently on the lookout for a candidate whose skills encompass the mastery of essential hand tools, from saws and screwdrivers to hammers and basic power tools.

Furthermore, a robust background in carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, flooring, painting, and snow removal is essential.

Rewarding Compensation :

Pay Rate : $23.54 / hour

Your Key Responsibilities :

As a valued member of our team, your duties include :

• Maintaining the pristine condition of our building and grounds, ensuring a secure and impeccably organized environment.
• Preparing surfaces for painting or wall covering by sanding, scraping, plastering, spackling, puttying, etc., as required.
• Protecting other surfaces by providing and positioning drop cloths as required and / or masking tape.
• Painting with brushes or rollers as required for all interior and exterior paint applications.
• Maintaining an inventory of paint and painting equipment necessary.
• Maintaining and logging areas painted.
• Working in close cooperative relationships with other personnel and other departments to ensure interaction of assigned tasks with normal home functions.
• Maintaining the paint storage area in a clean and orderly condition.
• Application of wall coverings.
• Job description may require to perform tasks including but not limited to the above referenced.

Qualifications :

• Education : High School or G.E.D.; Trade or Vocational Graduate.
• Experience : Minimum 2 years preferred painter / wallpaper hanger.
