Position: Dietary Supervisor

Location: Cypress Garden Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation

Salary: Up to $25 per hour

Schedule: Per Diem

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Director in adhering to Department of Health regulations for meal preparation and service.
• Plan menus and schedule staff effectively.
• Supervise dining services personnel, enforcing policies and procedures to deliver prompt and high-quality food service.
• Lead and direct Dietary Aides during meal services and ensure proper cleanup.
• Complete all required forms and reports accurately and promptly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Dietary Supervisor in a healthcare setting.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
