Job Description
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business processes, identify areas for improvement, and define project objectives.
- Conduct thorough process analysis and mapping using tools such as Lucidchart and other diagramming software.
- Develop clear and detailed process diagrams, flowcharts, and documentation to visualize current and future state processes.
- Recommend and implement process improvements, best practices, and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements, validate findings, and present process improvement recommendations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of processes with business goals.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of process changes, providing ongoing support and adjustments as needed.
- Stay current with industry trends, methodologies, and tools related to business process management and improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 5 years proven experience as a Business Process Consultant or similar role, with a strong focus on process analysis and improvement.
- Expertise in creating lucid and process diagrams using tools such as Lucidchart, Microsoft Visio, or similar software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and implement practical solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
- Knowledge of business process management (BPM) methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, BPMN) is a plus.
- Expertise in Oracle and SAP systems is a plus.
- Experience in subscription management processes is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CBPP, PMP, Six Sigma) are advantageous.
