Graphic Designer
This role is responsible for the design and creation of visual concepts that will support the marketing and sales teams at Global Content Distribution. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of current design software and be skilled in every step of the design process, from concept to final delivery. This candidate will have a thorough understanding of branding, marketing, and sales support.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate and brainstorm with the creative services team to design concepts that will connect with our clients
- Work on a wide range of projects that can include sell sheets and high-end visual presentations to trade show marketing and custom signage
- Gather input from Marketing leads to ensure the design direction meets organizational standards and delivers on brand expectations
- Update and maintain internal databases – airtable experience a plus
Requirements:
Key Characteristics:
- Expert in: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop: Print production skills a plus
- Knowledge of Keynote and PowerPoint required
- Detail-oriented and knowledge of graphic design process
- This role requires a high level of design skill, self-motivation, organization, and problem-solving capabilities
- Flexible attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure in fast-paced environment
- Good organizational and time management skills needed to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all team members
- Work well within a team environment and adapt to shifting objectives
- Studio/Entertainment experience required
Software Experience:
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Bridge, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Airtable, Keynote
Education
- AS/AA degree minimum required, in Graphic Design, or Creative
Compensation:
- $21.64/hr.- $28.85/hr. (W2)
