Product Analytics Manager

Location: Norcross, GA 30092 | Also open to remote candidates on the east coast*

Hybrid Remote: 2-3 days per week in the office

Most Important Responsibilities:

• Leading a small team in a player/coach role, continuing to transform how the company leverages product data and analytics as the “go to” data analytics subject-matter expert

• Focusing on product data analysis, data visualization, processes, A/B testing (experimentation)

• Improving data infrastructure and tooling to provide useful data-centric products

• Overseeing strategic A/B experimentation including experimentation design, statistical rigor

• Partnering closely with software engineers, product managers, business analysts, and leadership

• Prioritizing and delivering reports and insights supporting resolution of issues, development projects, and business decisions

• Identifying and refining persona and product metrics, standardizing across products

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in data analysis, analytics, data visualization, reporting

• Strong experience with A/B testing

• Experience working with product data (enterprise software products, B2C or B2B)

• 1-3 years of experience leading/managing a small team

• Experience managing and improving data processes

• Advanced education in statistics or mathematics or a similar field

• $140K - $180K Bonus
