- Planning and developing projects, working closely with the project manager and construction administrator
- Overseeing a talented design staff for multi-year, multi-million dollar, award-winning projects
- Jumping into Revit as needed to help and guide the team
- Attending client meetings and leading daily coordination as a consultant
- Developing and directing project detailing and specification coordination
- Helping to identify potential issues with the project and assisting with resolution
- Developing solutions to significant or recurring technical challenges
- Driving technical quality for documentation in all phases or a project
- Organizing project tasks and developing tee-up sets
- 6 years of professional design experience, strong technically
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit and similar applications (Bluebeam, Procore)
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Background in multifamily housing projects, along with mixed-use developments, urban infill, high-rises, senior-living facilities, or hospitality
