Job Description
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts to verify software functionality, performance, and usability.
- Conduct thorough functional, regression, integration, and smoke testing to identify defects and ensure product quality.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to understand product requirements and ensure test coverage.
- Perform exploratory testing to uncover potential issues and improve test case effectiveness.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using bug-tracking tools.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on code quality and testability.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports on software quality and performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest testing tools, technologies, and industry best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience.
- Proven experience in web application testing.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
- Proficiency in test case design and execution.
- Experience with bug tracking and test management tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with automation testing tools (Playwright) is a plus.
- Up to $49.30 per hour.
