Job Description
- We are seeking a seasoned SEO professional to improve our B2B property, business.com, which encompasses four major business units: Talent Solutions, Marketing Solutions, Sales Solutions, and Learning Solutions.
- As a Sr. Marketing Manager, Organic Growth, you will define key organic and SEO growth opportunities for Talent Solutions in partnership with our Web Marketing, Web Technology, and Product teams. You will contribute to the global web vision, optimizing s B2B organic search presence. Collaborating with talented team members across, you will lead the team responsible for driving the future direction of s B2B organic growth strategy.
- Hybrid - Bay Area (Must travel to Sunnyvale office once every two weeks, rest of days flexible)
- Enterprise-Level Experience:
- Previous SEO role at a large company
- Comfortable working with detailed matrices
- Strategic Thinking:
- Ability to seize opportunities from quick wins to long-term projects.
- Strategic approach to SEO across multiple properties without cannibalizing them.
- Communication Skills:
- Confident in presenting and selling ideas to multiple stakeholders.
- Can develop and maintain a content strategy matrix aligned with competitors.
- Experience with CMS systems (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager)
- Familiarity with Adobe Analytics
- SEO tools experience (e.g., Google Search Console, SEM Rush, BrightEdge)
- Drive incremental organic SEO traffic to Talent Solutions website.
- Build and maintain a keyword content strategy matrix relative to competitors.
- Develop a collaborative SEO strategy with input from multiple stakeholders.
- Conduct keyword research and discovery.
- Work with SEO agencies on foundational recommendations.
- Optimize content via s CMS.
- Identify new keywords and targetable markets.
- Analyze SEO and keyword data; develop growth projections using Adobe Analytics
- Provide quarterly reports on SEO growth.
- 5 years of SEO experience with a focus on enterprise-level strategy
- Bachelor s degree
- Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, SEO best practices, and industry tools
- Proven analytical skills and experience with SEO tools and technologies.
- Track record in forecasting, reporting, and delivering business results with P&L accountability.
- Experience with agile software development methodologies
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence senior leadership regarding product vision and priorities.
- Intellectual curiosity and a continuous learning mindset
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to navigate ambiguity.
