The Cypress is recruiting for a hospitality focused Human Resources Generalist. This is a full-time on-site position working closely with the Director of Human Resources to ensure all areas of HRIS data management and employee benefits meet state and federal guidelines. Responsible for maintaining HRIS systems, administration of employee benefit plans, and full lifecycle talent acquisition. This role will be responsible for adhering to standardized processes, executing The Cypress’ best practices, and adhering to our overall talent acquisition strategy, and has a heavy emphasis on HRIS and ATS.
