Responsibilities/Skills and Experience:

• This position requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Seeking two to six years of experience with detailed marketing of B2B technology products and services.
• The key attribute for any Cyth employee is a strong desire for learning, leading, and building customer success, which contributes to personal growth and company success.
• Demonstrated creativity and skill in content creation and conceptual design for the development of marketing collateral and digital content.
• Strong verbal and written skills in a highly technical environment in building email campaigns, sales-support collateral, case studies, datasheets, webpages, landing pages, social media posts.
• Ability to create compelling presentations on highly technical topics that are relevant to our strategy and that contribute to the success of our sellers.
• Be passionate about creating written content on highly technical topics that are relevant to our strategy and contribute to improving rankings in organic search and overall SEO performance.
• Strong analytical capabilities in support of creating, updating, and presenting weekly or monthly performance metrics.
• Experience in developing and hosting marketing events and seminars to attract customers.
• Ability to work independently, self-manage and complete many assignments and activities in fulfillment of SMART Goals.

Optional Skills and Experience:

The following items would also be an advantage, but can also be learned through training:

• Experience with products from National Instruments (NI) – now part of Emerson, such as LabVIEW, RIO, PXI, Modular Instruments.
• Knowledge of the best practices and optimization of email campaigns, social media, and ad spend.
• Ability to conceptualize and execute complex marketing strategies.
• Knowledge of Marketing-related software and tools (ZoomInfo, ZOHO CRM, Canva, Adobe Suite, Digital tools, AI).
• Artistic design sense, styling, making datasheets and webpages compelling and easy to understand.
• Experience with engineering services, custom engineering, product design, embedded control systems, automated test equipment.
• Experience working in multiple customer verticals.

Physical Requirements:

This position requires:

• Ability to work in-office full-time in San Diego, CA.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Schedule:

• Typical week is 40 hours per week

Salary: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Job Type: Full-time
