Essential Functions Of The Position
- Construct forms out of steel or wood using basic carpentry skills.
- Operate basic hand & power tools
- Install miscellaneous materials in erecting concrete structures
- Check forms while concrete is being placed
- Operate lull and other equipment associated with production
- Pour & trowel finish concrete
- Assist and direct others in stripping forms after concrete is placed
- Ensure safe work environment in compliance with all safety policy and procedures using appropriate tools and equipment for the task
- Must be able to review and understand project plans, drawings, and specifications and interpret data
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs. Job requires bending, climbing, and squatting
- Basic carpentry skills
- Have the willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required
- Heavy physical activity performing strenuous daily activities of a productive/technical nature
- Work outdoors with exposure to changing weather conditions such as rain, sun, snow, and wind
- CDL Class A license preferred, but not required
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen

$30,400-$77,500
Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as related work experience, market conditions, education/training, certifications and other credentials, overtime when applicable, as well as applicable knowledge and skills.
