Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, implementing strategies, and ensuring the company’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and execute business strategies and operational plans.

• Assist in managing and motivating a diverse team of instructors to maintain high standards of performance.

• Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.

• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, communication, and innovation.

• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and expenses to optimize profitability.

• Oversee the implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.

• Act as a liaison between various departments to facilitate smooth operations and effective communication.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.

• Proven experience in a managerial or assistant managerial role, preferably in the sports training industry.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and mentor.

• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, and strategic planning.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends

Experience:

• Baseball and/or Softball Industry: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)
• Night Shift (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• Villa Park, IL 60181 (Required)
