D&D Construction Management, LLC provides various construction services for commercial projects throughout Central and Northern New Jersey. We believe that maintaining strong relationships with all parties involved in a construction project is a key factor to overall success. Every construction project faces complexities and issues that need to be resolved in order to be completed on schedule. The Position:

Our company is actively seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee all aspects of onsite construction including but not limited to scheduling, cleanliness, and safety. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in supervising or managing a commercial construction project.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule subcontractors and inspections as necessary in order to comply with the project schedule.
• Ensure subcontractors are performing work as per the construction documents and that it meets company standards and quality.
• Review construction drawings, shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, etc.
• Enforce safety regulations and procedures for all trades.
• Perform daily cleanup.
• Report directly to the Project Manager and assist with tasks such as weekly meetings and RFI's.

$50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
