Job Summary
FD Thomas is seeking a Superintendent, specifically focused on jobs in and around the PNW. This person will be someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about safety while helping to achieve goals. This person will be Responsible for the overall supervision, leadership, and coordination of construction field personnel and job scheduling for Waterproofing, below grade (water table & non water table), hot rubber, vapor mitigation system, roofing, and traffic coatings. Ensure that all work is performed skillfully and efficiently, and that work progresses on schedule. Has authority to stop work in the event of safety or quality non-conformance or hazard.
You will be joining an established and diverse team, where you will be able to make an immediate impact. Your desire to lead a team of site safety managers and work alongside them paired with your attention to detail, will allow you to achieve maximum success.
