Title: Creative Content Intern
Classification: Non-Exempt
Hourly Rate*: $17.28/hr
Location: Van Nuys, CA (HQ)
Schedule*: Onsite
DÔEN is looking for a dynamic Creative Content Intern to join our team in Los Angeles. This position is on site/in office and will report to our Creative Content Director. The job description below is only a summary of the typical functions of the job, not an exhaustive or comprehensive list of all possible responsibilities, tasks, and duties.
ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Content Director and Content Coordinator to design daily stories in line weekly with social calendar.
Support in gathering and creating content by working with content creators and help to organize and attend small-scale content shoots.
Support ecomm related shoots including: production support, styling support and by providing occasional onsite social media coverage during photoshoots (when applicable), events and in-office.
Gather and maintain a library of internally generated assets and vintage sourced imagery.
Visual research and image sourcing both for content use and for seasonal concepting moodboards.
Research and advise on new trends and platforms the brand should be engaging with to contribute to conversion and engagement.
Occasional running of errands including but not limited to transportation of film, photoshoot backdrops, etc.
Other projects as assigned.
Skills And AbilitiesExperience working in Excel
Experience working with Adobe suite
Strong planning and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
Passionate about working for an inclusive, values driven brand
A high level of ownership, accountability and initiative
Ability to prioritize competing projects and meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Action oriented and results driven
Minimum RequirementsMust be able to be in office a minimum of 3 days a week; full schedule to be determined with supervisors.
Physical RequirementsMust be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily with reasonable accommodation
Periods sitting at a desk, typing, sketching and working on a computer
Able to lift/move/push/pull objects up to 25 lbs
Able to walk, sit and stand for periods of time
Able to operate equipment such as computers, copy machines, phones
Must be able to access various areas of a given location

- Compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
- The DÔEN 2024 Internship Program is a 4 month paid project.
