Key Responsibilities:

Office Admin:

• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
• Answer and direct phone calls, and manage correspondence (emails, letters, packages).
• Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
• Keep bookkeeping organized and communicate with the accounting team.
• Maintain filing systems and managed office supplies inventory.
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Greet and assist visitors, providing excellent customer service.

Tire Sales:

• Assist customers in selecting the right tires for their vehicles.
• Provide information on tire specifications, pricing, and promotions.
• Process sales transactions and handle payment procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional office administration or sales qualifications are a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook).
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in tire sales or the automotive industry is a plus, but not required.
• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
