D&M Concrete Co Inc is a small family owned and operated flatwork company that has been in business since 1960.
Job duties: pouring and finishing basement and garage floors with a power trowel and edging machine. For basement floors you will work along with someone to help with the edges. On garage floors you will be by yourself doing both edges and power troweling. On days where there is no garage or basement floors (1-2 a week) you will be with the pour crew pouring driveways, walkways and patios for private and new construction homes.
Experience: A minimum of two years of floor and garage finishing experience required.
Pay is based on experience and work ethic. Top candidates will receive up to $34 an hour.
Perks: Can use our equipment for side jobs over the weekend. Sign on bonus of $1000.00 to be paid out at $150 a paycheck until complete. Finders fee program. Performance bonuses. Simple IRA plan match 3%. Loyalty reward program. 50% health care coverage or a stipend if covered elsewhere.
April-November full time work. Snow removal in the winter is available if interested.
