ARTE MUSEUM LAS VEGAS is looking for a talented Sales professional . This position is responsible for handling travel agencies, including OTAs (Online Travel Agencies), to achieve the business goal. If you thrive in a dynamic work environment that requires the ability to balance multiple responsibilities, this may be the role for you.
[Responsibilities]
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To, The Following
1. Manage OTAs and other travel distribution channels
- Proactively attract and expand ticketing channels
- Negotiate and contract favorable commission rates
- Settle sales volumes and amounts according to the settlement cycle
- Verify that the settlement amount has been deposited
- Manage the integration of your ticketing system with APIs
2. Analyze performance by channel and create and execute a revenue growth plan
3. Troubleshoot problems with the ticketing system and the OTA system
4. OTA and ticket system upgrades with additional or modified ticket types
5. Provide hands-on support for Museum Operations, e.g. guest receptions, rounding
6. Report and discuss work-relative issues with the General Manager in Las Vegas and the Headquarters in South Korea
[Qualifications]
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Las Vegas
- In-depth understanding of OTA and Tour business
- Strong communication skills, organizational skills, solution-driven, analytical thinking skills
- Good negotiation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- API knowledge and experience and background in troubleshooting ticketing systems preferred
