D1 Spring Hill is in need of a high energy, enthusiastic person to join our Recruiting team. This position involves taking incoming calls, making outgoing calls, booking free trial workouts and consultations, and selling all D1 products and services. MUST BE COMFORTABLE IN A FAST-PACED SALES ENVIRONMENT.
Recruiters are responsible for handling customer inquiries promptly and effectively, as well as maintaining facility cleanliness. Must be a self-motivated, team oriented person with a passion for sports/fitness. Sales, business operations and social media experience are preferrable, but not mandatory. This opening is part time, approx. 25-35 hours per week. Must be able to work mornings and evenings, as well as weekends.

D1 Training is an athletic-based training facility, focused on building a community of Athletes who can train and reach their goals together. With the backing of professional athletes such as Tim Tebow, Peyton Manning, Jason Witten, Chris Paul and Chipper Jones, our primary goal is to provide a training experience like that of a Division 1 athletic performance program. D1 has coached 1000’s of athletes and teams to reach their goals at all levels with over 75 sites nationwide.
