The Facility Support Specialist (FSS) is very important role as it is the first and last employee to engage with our customers & members every time they visit. This role is designed to provide a welcoming introduction to each person who walks into the D1 facility. As a FSS, you will need customer service and sales skills and preferably experience in the fitness realm. It is an hourly position, plus commission. Must be comfortable calling leads and selling programs.

For this role you must be a reliable individual who shows up on-time each day you are expected to work. You must be willing to support other members of the team and must have great work ethic. You must be a consistently high energy person. You must be willing to great people by name every day and must show your excitement to see our members. We want each person who walks into the D1 facility to not see us as a "gym" but instead as a fun family full of people who are excited to be there. You must have the ability to connect with people and have authentic conversations.

• Complete opening checklist when opening the facility
• Complete closing checklist when closing the facility
• Answer all customer support questions for current and new members
• Answer phone incoming phone calls
• Call potential leads
• Check clients into workouts and ensure attendance is accurate
• Ensure bathrooms are stocked with all necessary supplies
• Ensure facility cleaning supplies are stocked and ready for use
• Keep fridge and shelves full stocked of food and drink
• Process purchases in MINDBODY
• Complete daily social media tasks

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
