In this role, you will: Foster a strong Product Management, Scrum, and Agile environment that empowers Enterprise Advice and Planning Product Line teams to achieve their business outcomes Meet regularly with Product Managers, Product Owners, and Team Product Owners to support operational product cadences, planning logistics, and internal and external product communications Provide servant-leadership for product-wide and cross-product events such as prioritization activities, Big Room Planning, annual planning, stakeholder engagement, retrospectives, and metrics-based continuous improvement activities Coach, influence, and guide teams in their product journey to increase accountability, reduce risk, assess progress, improve quality, and remove roadblocks Provide subject matter expertise for the product line for JIRA, the Registry, Confluence, and the Enterprise Change Management (ECM) policy and procedures Required Qualifications: 5 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: 3 years of Agile framework and Product Management experience Advanced working knowledge with Jira as a system of record Working knowledge of Wells Fargo Enterprise Change Management (ECM) and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) policies Financial services industry experience Ability to execute in a fast pace, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities and solving problems Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships within the product and with stakeholders, such as Risk, Compliance, and Technology Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) Proven ability to listen and communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders by employing a professional, credible and confident leadership style Ability to present complex concepts into simplified solutions in a straightforward and understandable manner to multiple stakeholders Job Expectations: This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship This position offers a hybrid work schedule Work Location: 2801 Market Street - St. Louis, MO 63103 550 South Tryon Street - Charlotte, NC 28202 550 South 4th Street - Minneapolis, MN 55415 Posting End Date: 15 Sep 2024 *Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.
