About this role: Wells Fargo Financial Advisors is seeking a Divisional Recruiting Director. The candidate will lead of team of divisionally aligned Recruiters to support our separate employee and independent broker dealer groups. In this role, the goal is to develop and maintain a strong pipeline of financial advisor candidates and to provide insight on industry trends, competitive intelligence, product platforms, deals, and compensation plans. This role will require a travel schedule of 50-75%. In this role, you will: Manage and develop overall strategic development, implementation, and management of multiple large or complex market segments, including multicultural markets critical to business objectives. Focus on achieving market or business segment growth and financial objectives while also ensuring adherence to compliance regulations and policies. Identify opportunities and strategies for process improvement and provide Business Growth Strategy expertise to experienced management and product groups to ensure focus, resource and investment allocation, and implementation of effective business strategies. Lead a Business Growth Strategy team by making strategic decisions to attain business segment growth and financial objectives. Ensure the work is accomplished through experienced managers. Collaborate and consult with Business Growth Strategy peers, colleagues, consultants, and managers to monitor development of strategic initiatives for business development. Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Growth Strategy. Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy. Required Qualifications: 8 years of Business Growth Strategy experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education 4 years of Management experience Successfully completed FINRA Series 7 and 24 examinations to qualify for immediate registration (or FINRA recognized equivalents) Desired Qualifications: Demonstrated experience that includes the sourcing and development of Financial Advisors/Wealth Advisors. Demonstrated ability to successfully partner across business lines within a Wealth & Investment Management business organization. Outstanding communication and presentation skills Experience managing other managers Ability to build successful relationships and influence across organizations at multiple levels, while driving results Ability to develop and execute business strategies tied to a common vision, which maximizes revenue and profitability Ability to grow and develop a team while promoting diversity and inclusion Job Expectations: This role will require a travel schedule of 50-75%.
