About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Finance Analyst to join the WIM Centers of Excellence (CoE) and Staff Finance team. This role will be responsible for providing strategic financial support for WIM Investment Solutions, with a strong focus on investment products. Investment Solutions CoE combines all investment-related functions into one team, dedicated to serving clients and advisors. In this role, you will: In this role, you will: Lead financial support for Investment Solutions business and provide direction to other supporting team members. Lead financial analysis specific to investment product offerings and advisory programs. Lead financial aspect of technology investment planning for both Investment Solution agile teams, including KPI measures and budgeting. Provide input to and help drive strategic initiatives to enhance business performance, determine financial impact under various scenarios. Develop recurring and/or ad-hoc reporting and analysis to provide financial insights on performance and drivers, provide advice and technical expertise to support decision making. Review business financial performance and complete monthly forecasts/annual budget. Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals. Required Qualifications: 5 years of Finance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: BS/BA degree or higher in one or a combination of the following: Finance, Accounting, Analytics or equivalent. Advanced knowledge and understanding of financial analysis and forecasting methods/processes. Exceptional analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment. Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Visio) skills Advanced Essbase and SmartView experience. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important. Experience building partnerships and consulting effectively with leadership. Experience presenting complex material in a digestible, consumable manner to all levels of management.
