Position Details/Description:

Seeking an accomplished Director of Legal Billing with eight (8 ) plus years of large international firm billing management experience (no exceptions).

• Must have excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills. Individual will have direct interaction with top level management of the firm, firm partners and, on occasion, with clients.
• Candidate must have the ability to assess and analyze firm's practices and procedures to identify areas of improvement and to implement best practices.
• Candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of regular and electronic client invoices.
• Will work closely with the intake, collections, and accounts receivable managers to address any issues identified in the analysis of the billing and electronic billing departments.
• Candidate must have proficiency with MS office suite with advanced knowledge of excel. Individual must have Elite Enterprise, Aderant or Elite 3E experience with the latter being the preferred accounting system experience.
• Looking for someone with experience in the implementation or working knowledge of workflow, workforce performance evaluation, and ticketing systems.

Management:

Currently, the Director role oversees thirty (30) firm personnel.

Salary/Compensation:

Starting salary is 195K (DOE/DOQ), plus a comprehensive & robust health benefits package, 401K, generous PTO, and many other industry-leading employee perks, etc.
